Whether in memory of a loved one, a personal accomplishment, right of passage or a simple loss of a bet Tattoo's are part of our telling the world a message. Whatever the reason, the story behind your Tattoo is usually inspiring, loving and memorable.
Now you can have the opportunity to tell the world your incredible story and possibly inspire others by contributing YOUR TATTOO STORY, to this book.
The process is simple:
1. Take a picture of your Tattoo(s)
2. Write 250 to 600 words about your story including these points:
A) Why you decided on your the design of specific your Tattoo(s)
B) What motivated/influenced you to get the Tattoo
C) When did you get the Tattoo(s)
D) Where did you get the Tattoo put on (Arm, Leg, etc.)
E) How do you feel now with your Tattoo(s)
3. Download the Permission Release Agreement - Complete it
4. Send the Picture(s), Story and Permission Release Agreement to:
